Multiple Education Tracks

In addition to two plenary sessions, scientific and technical sessions are planned.The scientific sessions will focus on clinical and translational sciences, including recent advances in cord blood transplantation, cord blood as the universal donor, and other components of cord blood and birthing tissues. Particular attention will be given to advanced cord blood transplant, cord blood as the universal and preferred donor, and regenerative medicine.


The technical track is for cord blood bank administrative, technical and support personnel. Session will encompass laboratory procedures, manufacturing, global regulations, accreditation, marketing, and public education.

Additionally, a ballroom with poster presentations on Saturday evening will focus on scientific abstracts in the field of cord blood and perinatal tissue research.
